Return Policies and Standards
Please contact us prior to returning any items.
All returned items must be approved by Ruffdog before the customer ships it back and within 7 days of receiving.
Credits or refunds are issued within 7 days upon receiving your return and/or upon inspection of the products returned. Products returned must be in re-sellable condition with all tags attached.
We understand our customers like to purchase Christmas Gifts early so we will extend our return policy dates to January 7 for any items purchased from Nov 15 to Dec 31. Please ensure all tags are returned with the item and it is in 100% resellable condition.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: Unused, without dog hair, not dirty, worn only inside and not bitten. If we receive items in the above condition we reserve the right to return them to you at your cost. We will not refund used, dirty products unless they are defective.
Shipping costs to return an item purchased from Ruffdog is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you receive a defective item and need to return it to the manufacturer for repair (electronics), Ruffdog Sports is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with that return to the manufacturer
All products returned for an exchange or credit must include a proof of purchase, original packaging, and all the contents to be in acceptable condition, in other words "like-new and re-sellable" with all tags attached for a full refund.
Ruffdog is not responsible for items that are lost during transit when being returned therefore we recommend the purchaser ship with a tracking service and insurance.

Refunds for Electronics will only be issued on defective products within 30 days of purchase. After that time the customer must communicate directly with the manufacturer. We will not cover the costs of shipping the item to the manufacturer.
We do not refund items that are purchased on clearance which includes items purchased at 30% or more discount.
