Dog Training Cancellation and Refund Policies

Group Class Payment & Cancellation policies: A  full payment  is required at the time of booking your spot. We require 7 days notice for a full refund. If you cancel with 6-2 days notice we reserve the right to withhold 50% of your payment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will not be refunded and your spot will be sold to someone else 

Packages: Packages are designed to save you money and save us time! If you decide to cancel a package before it is completed you are entitled to a refund at the drop in rate. All the lessons you had will be charged at the Drop In rate and you will be refunded the remainder

Board & Train Payment and Cancellation Policies:  A 50% deposit is required to officially book your time frame for your dogs Board & Train program. The remaining balance must be paid before the second half of your dogs program begins. We require 72 hours notice to cancel boarding. If you do not give the required notice you forfeit the deposit. During holiday weeks, we require 7 days notice to cancel boarding, otherwise you forfeit your deposit. Please understand no exceptions to our boarding policy will be made. WE ARE NOT OFFERING THIS SERVICE AT THIS TIME AT ANY OF OUR LOCATIONS


Cancellation Policy:  Every pack of lessons is allowed ONE cancellation at least 24 hours in advance by text message only. The rescheduled lesson venue will be at the discretion of the instructor. If this stipulation is not followed the lesson is forfeited.
