In-Store Pickup: If you would like to pick up your order please contact us or select PICK UP during checkout 

If an order is returned due to an incomplete shipping address, or the order is refused or undeliverable the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost  to reship their order. If Ruffdog Sports made an error in the shipping label, we will incur all the costs to reship your order.

Ruffdog Sports Inc is not responsible for any late shipments, including expedited or guaranteed shipping, that does not deliver on time due to holidays, weekends or any delay from the shipping company.

All shipping quotes for non-flat rate shipments are dependant on the value, weight, and size of the items being shipped.

Ruffdog Sports Inc is not responsible for lost orders that occur during the shipping process. We will start a shipping claim through the shipper and will do our best to expedite the claim process so that you receive your order as fast as possible

Any duties, customs or broker fees that are incurred  when your order is processed through customs in your country are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days in the order they are received. Exceptions may apply;  

out of stock items: we will do our best to notify you within 2 business days of receiving your order

 during the various holiday seasons and major sale weekends throughout the year orders may be delayed
