We offer FLAT RATE tiered shipping prices  based on the cost of your order before taxes throughout Canada and the continental USA (see details below). All orders originate from one of our two locations in Canada, East Coast and West Coast based on stock and your ship to address.

Heads up, USA shoppers! Due to recent tariff changes, duties and import fees are now your responsibility. We are working diligently on a new USA shipping point for all of your Raddog and Ruffdog favorites- hang tight! 

Exceptions to Flat Rate Shipping:

Blinds, Jumps, Treadmills, Flexi Poles, Fit Paws (oversized) and InukShuk Dog food will be quoted exact shipping rates to ship to you. We will contact you within 2 business days to notify you of the actual shipping cost. These above mentioned items are also not included in Free Shipping Weekends

All shipping quotes for products excluded from our Flat Rate Shipping are dependant on the destination, weight and size of the items being shipped.

$150.01-300.00 = $22.00 
$300.01 - $750.00 = $30.00

Orders over $750.01 = shipping rates may be quoted at a higher than flat rate price

$0 - $200 = $20.00
$200.01 - $500 = 28.00
$500.01 - $1000.00 = $38.00

Orders over $1000.01 = shipping rates may be quoted at a higher than flat rate price

FLAT RATE SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS: bulk orders purchased with discount codes or bundle pricing. We reserve the right to request additional shipping fees on bulk and discounted or bundled orders.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: we are not responsible for your package after the carrier has picked it up. We highly recommend you choose to insure your package while checking out of our store prior to your payment. It is not uncommon for packages to go missing during the drop off process at your door. Please choose to insure your package during checkout.

FREE SHIPPING WEEKEND PROMOTIONS:

 Orders received before the Free Shipping weekend starts are not eligible for a return to get the Free Shipping weekend discount.  The Free Shipping discount is only applicable towards orders shipping within Canada or the US (see flat rate shipping exclusions above) If your order does not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping then it will not qualify for a Free Shipping weekend.  We will contact you within 2 business days via email, text or telephone calls to verify the actual cost to ship to you

In-Store Pickup: If you would like to pick up your order please contact us or select PICK UP during checkout. You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pickup

HOLDING ORDERS: unfortunately we are not able to hold orders for more than 3 days due to high demand of our products. If you are unable to pick up your order within the 3 day time period we will have to refund you and put the product back into stock. 

If an order is returned due to an incomplete shipping address, or the order is refused or undeliverable the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost  to reship their order. If Ruffdog Sports made an error in the shipping label, we will incur all the costs to reship your order.

Ruffdog Sports Inc is not responsible for any late shipments, including expedited or guaranteed shipping, that does not deliver on time due to holidays, weekends or any delay from the shipping company.

All duties, customs or broker fees that are incurred when your order is processed through customs in your country are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If  you wish to not pay, the customer is also responsible for shipping the order back to us for a refund. Please see our return policy for more information

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days in the order they are received. ***Some Exceptions may apply: Black Friday/ Cyber Monday week, Boxing Week

During holiday seasons and major sale weekends throughout the year orders may be delayed. 

OVER SOLD OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Occassionally our system will oversell an item. If you purchase an out of stock item, we will notify you via text message first and then email within 2 business days of receiving your order to offer you an alternative. If we do not hear back from you, we will refund you for the out of stock item and ship the remainder of your order.
