When shopping our sales please be advised that all products purchased at 25-30% off are entitled to an in store credit only and are not entitled to a refund.
All items purchased at over 30% off are a FINAL SALE.

During Free Shipping Weekends, you must enter the provided code to receive free shipping at the time of your purchase, not after. Orders submitted before the Free Shipping weekend starts are not eligible for a return to get the discount. Discount is only eligible on orders over a certain amount before taxes, not after. Free Shipping discounts are only applicable towards orders shipping within Canada or the US.

To be eligible for the giveaway, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.  

  • Any Employees, Ambassadors and/or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the contest.

  • No purchase is necessary for entry, however, purchases of Raddog products or Ruffdog Apparel of $200.00 before taxes, or more will provide you with an additional 3 entries.  Just put your social media handle in the comment section of your order at checkout or we will contact you by text if you are the chosen winner

Prize Description:  Available for in stock items only, no rainchecks will be given.  No cash will be given to the winner. 

The winner will be chosen by random draw, using a randomizer.  Winner will be contacted by direct message on social media (either Facebook or Instagram) or by text.  The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

If the original winner does not get in contact within the 48 hours of being contacted, Ruffdog Sports will select another winner by random.  By entering a contest/giveaway participants are giving Ruffdog Sports permission to use the winner's name, photo and/or social media handle for promotional purposes.  By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by the official rules.  This includes understanding and accepting the terms and conditions of the giveaway.
