The Expedition Parka dog coat is an excellent choice for small and big adventures in extremely cold weather with your dog.

The Expedition Parka has been especially developed for short-haired dogs and dogs without undercoat in extreme cold conditions however it is also suitable for all other dogs as well. It provides extra warmth for dogs after workouts or for aging dogs 


The technical surface material of the easy-to-use coat is excellent for even the toughest of conditions. The Expedition Parka is designed to allow for extended range of motion when the dog is running and playing. The water and windproof soft elastic segments on the front are flexible with the dog's movements. The neckline, length of the back and the collar circumference of the Expedition Parka can be adjusted.

Both the lining and surface fabric are certified to be safe and free of harmful substances in accordance with the Oko-Tex-standard 100. Made with fluorocarbon free Rudolf ECO water-repellent treatment.

Allow so much freedom

These dog jackets are fantastic. I bought two - one for each of my staffy mix mutts. They allow so much freedom of movement and the dogs love them. So far they seem completely waterproof and are fantastic in rain or snow. They aren't too heavy so I can still use them in the spring rain. One of my dogs has a very wide bully chest and the jacket is slightly snug in that area, so I would size up if you have a wide-set dog.

Very true to size

Recently purchased this for a short-haired mini-pinscher cross we adopted from Los Angeles to help her through her first Canadian winter. Measured according to Hurtta guidelines and fit seems very true to their recommendations, we've had some cold conditions and early season snow and the parka is proving to be very warm and allows unrestricted movement, running and play. So far we are very happy with it.
