Lessons/ Coaching/ Board & Train Policies

Training Lessons Payment & Cancellation policiesA  full payment  is required at the time of booking the date for any lesson(s).  The payment for a lesson holds your spot for that day and time. We require 48 hours notice for a full refund. if you cancel with 24-48 hrs notice we reserve the right to withhold 50% of your lesson payment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice your money will not be refunded. 

Board & Train Payment and Cancellation Policies:  A 50% deposit is required to officially book your time frame for your dogs Board & Train program. The remaining balance must be paid before the second half of your dogs program begins. We require 72 hours notice to cancel boarding. If you do not give the required notice you forfeit the deposit. During holiday weeks, we require 7 days notice to cancel boarding, otherwise you forfeit your deposit. Please understand no exceptions to our boarding policy will be made.

Group lessons/seminars:  For group training, full payment is required at the time of enrollment to hold your spots

Cancellation Policy:  Any rescheduling of lessons must be done before the start of the package to ensure consistency of the schedule for all clients and instructors. Every package is allowed ONE cancellation, which must be done at least 24 hours in advance and by direct phone conversation, not via text or email message. The rescheduled lesson must be scheduled during specific make-up hours and the venue for the lesson will be at the discretion of the instructor. If this procedure is not followed the lesson is forfeited.  Please understand no exceptions to our cancellation policy will be made.
