Sport dog training/ Pet dog training and Board and Train

I have been working with Christine for the last year on pet and sport obedience for my 16 month GSD, Freddie. To say that she knows her stuff is an understatement – she is a consummate professional and clearly loves what she does. Christine is extremely generous with her time and knowledge - I have left all of my training sessions (whether it be in person or on Zoom) with a clear understanding of the things we am doing well, not so well, and what we need to work on. The results I’ve seen have been amazing – there is a steady improvement in our performance. Christine takes the time to understand the emotion and state of mind of my dog and uses that to bring more power and energy into our work.

We have also done a two week Board and Train. Christine and her team were extremely communicative with how Freddie was doing (daily videos and photos) and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog in their care. The progress that was made in two weeks would have taken me months! The facilities that she has are spacious and clean – all the dogs have their own separate runs. As someone who avoids off leash parks and doggy “daycares” at all costs, I am glad that Freddie did not have to interact with any other dogs unsupervised during his stay.

The quality of all the products I have purchased from Ruff Dog Sports has been excellent.

It’s been a real pleasure working on this hobby with a coach and mentor like Christine. Freddie and I are looking forward to getting our BH in the spring!
